What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on NON-CUSTOMIZED items in new condition (in their original packaging with any tags) within 60 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition. Click Here for more details.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation with your USPS or UPS tracking number. If you would like to check on the status of your shipped order, visit usps.com or ups.com and enter your tracking number.

We're here to help! If you cannot find your tracking number or are having any other difficulties with your shipment, please email customer service at [email protected]. A team member will be happy to assist you Monday - Friday between 10am to 5pm. All emails or phone messages will be returned within two business days.

 

When will I receive my online order?

Shipments will typically arrive at their destination within 4-8 business days after an order is placed.
